Tender Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  1. The Tender Guarantee states that Proactis Tenders Limited, on behalf of Tenders Direct, will donate on behalf of the person who reported the missed tender, the sum of £100.00 to a charity of their choosing.
  2. The Tender Guarantee is open to current active customers of Tenders Direct only.
  3. If you are not a paid member of Tenders Direct, or your customer account is suspended or cancelled, you are ineligible.
  4. The definition of a ‘missed tender’ is outlined as: a UK or Irish contract notice that has been accessible on a public procurement portal for more than 3 days and has not been sent to you in your Tenders Direct daily alert email because our Sourcing Specialists have not added to our database or it has been wrongly categorised by our Categorisation Specialists .
  5. If a tender is reported as missed but is available in our database and has been categorised correctly, it will not be considered as ‘missed’ on account of the tender’s categories not matching the customer’s profile.
  6. To report a ‘missed tender’ you must email your full name, company name, customer code and details of the missed tender to support@tendersdirect.co.uk with the subject line ‘Missed Tender’.
  7. Once received Proactis Tenders Limited will investigate and respond to the enquiry within three working days.
  8. If it is confirmed that the tender has been missed, a representative of Tenders Direct will confirm the charity you would like £100.00 to be donated to.
  9. The charity must be verifiable (i.e. have a valid charity number which can be checked on the government charity register) and any payment details must be obtained independently of the Customer.
  10. The donation will be processed within 30 working days of the confirmation of missed tender.
  11. Confirmation of the donation will be provided to the person who reported the missed tender in writing, by email.
  12. Any charitable donation will be made in line with the Proactis plc Charitable Donations policy, no political donations will be issued.
  13. If the Guarantee cannot run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the competition, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Guarantee without prior notice.
  14. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  15. The promoter of the guarantee is Proactis Tenders Limited, 48 Huntly Street, Aberdeen AB10 1SH.
