Meet the team

Phillip took on the role of Head of Development at Tenders Direct in September 2021.

He has been working in software technology for over 20 years with experience and a passion for creating innovative applications in a range of specialist areas and industries.

After joining Tenders Direct in March 2022 as Product Manager, Steven became Head of Products and Projects later that year.

With over twenty years of experience working at private and public sector organisations, Steven has a thorough understanding of the challenges companies face in the tendering world. His broad industry knowledge also fuels his drive to develop the Tenders Direct product to align with our customers’ specific needs and requirements.

Andrew joined Tenders Direct as Bid Consultancy and Training Manager in July 2019. He is responsible for managing the business stream and revenue growth of our training and consultancy services.

Andrew is an experienced bid consultant and a qualified member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. He has worked on bids in the UK and Middle East, winning contracts valued up to £1BN.

Natasha joined the Government Portals team here at Tenders Direct in July 2019 as a Portals Manager. She works closely with devolved governments to ensure they provide compliant digital e-procurement tools for public sector authorities.

Natasha is a CIPS qualified professional with 12 years of experience working in supplier prequalification in oil and gas and recently in public procurement.
